Terms of Service — Unboredly

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Unboredly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Description of Service

Unboredly provides an employee onboarding and HR management platform including automated tools, onboarding workflows, check-ins, and analytics for organizations.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
Resell or sublicense access to the platform without permission

Subscription and Billing

Paid plans may be offered on a monthly or annual billing basis, as specified when you purchase or agree to a subscription. Pricing, billing frequency, applicable fees, and other payment terms will be disclosed before your paid subscription begins. Billing may be arranged directly with customers, including through an order form, invoice, or other agreed payment method. Unless otherwise stated in your applicable order or agreement, subscriptions renew for the same billing period until canceled.

You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the terms applicable to your plan or customer agreement. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in an applicable order form or agreement, cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current monthly or annual billing period, as applicable. Fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.

If an order form or other written customer agreement contains payment, renewal, cancellation, or refund terms that conflict with this section, that agreement controls for the customer covered by it.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, and content is owned by Unboredly. Your organization's data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload to the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Unboredly is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Unboredly operates.
