Custom solutions and business applications are quoted to your scope, because no two need the same things. Projects involving sensitive information, regulated data or complex integrations need a separate assessment first.
Prices reflect starting project costs. Final pricing and delivery timelines are confirmed after reviewing project requirements.

What a plan does not include
- Maintenance does not include major redesigns, new functionality, complex integrations or emergency incident response, unless separately contracted.
- Unused monthly support hours do not roll over.
- Hosting and third-party subscriptions are billed separately unless expressly included.
- Response times are not guaranteed unless set out in a separate service agreement.
- Support hours are subject to reasonable scheduling and availability.
- Security checks are not penetration testing and are not a guarantee against compromise.
- An existing website must pass a technical assessment before we accept it into a plan.
Plans are billed monthly. Hosting and third-party subscriptions are billed separately unless expressly included.
Questions
Plain answers, before you ask.
How long does a project take?
Essential sites have a target of 1 to 2 weeks and Growth sites 2 to 4 weeks, counted from the day we have everything we need from you, such as text, images and logins. Custom solutions and applications are timed to the scope we agree. Delays in materials or approvals move the dates.
How do payments work?
Website projects are paid in three steps: 50% before work begins, 30% after you approve the design, and 20% before launch or handover. Larger application projects may use milestone payments instead. The schedule for your project is confirmed in your agreement.
Who owns the website?
Ownership and any third-party licensing are set out in your written agreement for the project, so you know exactly what you are getting before work starts.
What about hosting?
Hosting, domains and third-party subscriptions are billed separately unless your scope expressly includes them. We will tell you what your project needs when we agree the scope.
What does maintenance cover?
The Website Care plans above set out what is included. They do not include major redesigns, new functionality, complex integrations or emergency incident response, and unused support hours do not roll over.
How many revisions are included?
Essential and Growth projects include two revision rounds. Work outside the agreed scope, or further rounds, is handled as a change request that we quote before doing it.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Tell us on the form that it is a redesign and share the address. We look at the current site first so the scope reflects what is really there.
What if I need more functionality later?
New features are scoped and quoted as a change request or a new project. They are not part of maintenance.
What support is there after launch?
Website Care is how we support a site after launch. Anything outside a plan is quoted before we start.
